Connecting your Flexip telephony with Microsoft Teams.

Discover the features.

Download the connector app into your Microsoft Teams interface.

Then enter your Flexip customer identifiers.

Your call log and contacts then appear in your Microsoft Teams interface.

Now you just need to make calls to your colleagues or one of your contacts to use your telephony with Teams.

You do not need the Microsoft Phone System or Business Voice options.

Your phone account is integrated into Microsoft Teams without an intermediary, directly from the Microsoft interface.

From your Microsoft Teams, you can directly consult your call log, search for a contact in your company or personal directories.

You can also modify your presence status and access your customer account to configure your call rules and your call opening calendar.

What type of Microsoft Teams license should I use?

Flexip uses the Speek connector interface, it is an application that is added to the Teams interface.
Why don't I see the connector in my applications?

For the "speek connector" app to be visible to a company's Teams users, your Microsoft Teams solution administrator must first authorize "speek connector" for your company.
Do I need Microsoft Business Voice or Phone System?

No. The application is directly integrated into Teams using the connector. No Microsoft telephony option is needed to connect the two.
Can I use my telephone equipment with Microsoft Teams?

Absolutely, you can use your regular telephone headsets to take calls. You also have solutions integrated into Microsoft Teams, such as the Yealink WH62 and Yealink WH66 headsets to offer you optimal comfort.
